We pay your team member in their own country and their own currency. You pay one invoice, in yours.

Someone with two years behind them costs less than someone with eight. More experience usually means less checking from you and fewer mistakes. You decide which level you want, and we are happy to quote both so you can compare.
A contractor arrangement is lighter and faster to start. Employer of record means we take on the statutory employment costs and the compliance in their country, which costs more but protects you more.
