Outsource customer support to people who stay.
Support agents, call centre staff and helpdesk teams in South Africa, the Philippines and Myanmar, covering the hours your customers are actually awake. We arrange their employment and handle the admin; you direct the work.
The country that suits you depends on whose hours you need covered. We explain how to choose below.
What our customer support teams handle.
Customer service, call centre, contact centre, helpdesk. Different words for the same problem: more questions arriving than your own people can answer.
Customer support and customer service
Email, live chat and ticket queues answered inside your working day, in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot or whatever you already run.
Call centre and contact centre agents
Inbound calls handled by people who sound like the market you serve, plus the outbound follow-up that is part of the service. Individual agents and small teams, not rented seats in someone else's centre.
Helpdesk and first-line technical support
Ticket triage, troubleshooting against your runbook, and clean escalation to your own engineers when it genuinely needs them.
Order, booking and account support
Order chasing, refunds, reservations, account changes and the small administrative work that quietly fills a support queue.
Out-of-hours and weekend cover
A queue that builds up overnight is the easiest thing to hand over. Agents in a different time zone clear it before you start work.
Support team leads
Once you have three or four people, someone to run the queue, the rota and the quality checks, so that you do not have to.
Which country for customer support?
For support work the deciding factor is almost always whose hours you need covered, and whether the job is phone-heavy. All three countries work; they suit different clocks.
An English-first business culture, one to two hours ahead of the UK. The usual answer for phone and live chat work, because the accent is familiar and nobody has to work nights to cover your day.
A large, experienced Filipino support workforce with clear, neutral English and years of practice with US and Australian customers. Night shifts are normal and well paid here, so genuine overnight cover is realistic.
University-educated professionals in the same working day as Singapore and Hong Kong, at our best value. Fewer companies hire here, so you reach people who would be taken quickly in a busier market, and they stay far longer once they join you.
What outsourced support does well, and what it does not.
Right for an outsourced team
Still needs your own people
The outsourced support teams that work handle the first eighty percent and escalate the rest cleanly. The ones that struggle were asked to make judgement calls nobody had written down.
