What actually happens.

No forms, no argument, and no attempt to talk you out of it.

01Tell your account managerAn email or a message is enough. You do not need to build a case or document anything formally. The sooner you say it, the less time everyone loses.
02We talk to both sidesSometimes it is a fixable mismatch of expectations, and we would rather find that out than replace someone unnecessarily. Sometimes it is simply the wrong fit. We will tell you honestly which we think it is.
03New profiles, at no chargeIf replacing is the right call, we send fresh profiles with introduction videos. No new setup fee, and no charge for the search.
04We handle the handoverWe help the outgoing person wrap up properly and brief the new one, so the knowledge does not walk out of the door with them.
Why we offer it

Because the risk should sit with us, not you.

You are being asked to take on someone you have met over a video call, in a country you may never have visited, on our recommendation. If that goes wrong, the cost of it should fall on the party who made the recommendation. That is us.

It also keeps us honest. A provider who gets paid whether or not the placement works has no particular reason to be careful about who they send you. We would rather be the kind that does.

In practice it has not happened often, and when it has we have handled it quickly. But the promise matters most before you have any reason to trust us, which is exactly when you are reading this.

Questions about the guarantee.

One free replacement per role within the first three months. That includes new profiles, the search, and help with the handover. You do not pay the service setup fee a second time.
The free replacement window is three months, but we do not abandon you afterwards. Tell us and we will help: you would simply pay the normal setup fee for the new search.
No. Tell your account manager it is not working and we take it from there. We will ask questions, because sometimes the problem is fixable, but the decision is yours.
We talk to them properly, and where it is a fit problem rather than a performance problem we look for another placement for them. They are our people, not a line on an invoice.
The promise is one replacement per role, so the new person does not come with a fresh three-month window. If something goes wrong again we will still work it out with you.
That is fine. There is no multi-year lock-in. Notice periods depend on the country and the arrangement, and they are in the agreement before anyone starts.
