Start withOne designer or editor

A dedicated designer is usually cheaper than the same volume of work bought per project, and far quicker by month three.

The work

What our designers and video editors produce.

The common thread: a steady volume of content that needs to look consistent, which is exactly what per-project freelancing is worst at.

Graphic design and social media content

Daily and weekly posts, ads, stories and carousels built to your brand, in Canva, Figma or the Adobe suite, whichever your team already works in.

Video editing

Long-form edits cut down to shorts and reels, subtitles, thumbnails and the weekly turnaround that makes a content habit possible. Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci or CapCut.

Motion graphics and animation

Titles, lower thirds, animated explainers and the small movement that makes a static post stop a thumb. After Effects and Canva motion.

Presentation and document design

Sales decks, proposals, reports and pitch documents turned from something you typed into something you are happy to send.

Photo editing and product imagery

Retouching, background removal, resizing for every channel and the catalogue work that eats a day you do not have.

Website and email design

Landing pages, email templates and campaign assets in WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, built to match what you already have.

Choosing a country

Which country for creative work?

Creative work is judged on the portfolio rather than the passport, so we would usually show you people from all three and let the work decide. That said, there are patterns.

The Philippines
The deepest Filipino creative pool

A very large community of Filipino designers and video editors who have worked for Australian, US and UK brands, and a strong social-media production culture. Our usual starting point for creative roles.

Brand-led and copy-heavy design

Choose South Africa when the design work is tied up with English copy and brand judgement, or when the designer needs to sit in your meetings during the UK working day.

Myanmar
Design, 3D and motion, superb value

Genuinely strong design talent, including 3D and motion work that is hard to buy affordably anywhere else. A market few agencies have reached, in the Singapore working day, at our best value.

Be honest with yourself

What a dedicated designer does better, and what it does not fix.

Works well

Right for a dedicated designer

A steady weekly or daily volume of content
Work that must stay consistent with your brand
Editing and production from your raw material
Turnarounds measured in hours, not weeks
Not the answer

Needs something else

One logo or one rebrand, then nothing
Deciding what your brand should be
Work with no brief and no examples
Highly specialised 3D or broadcast work

If you need one project done once, a freelancer or a studio is the right answer and we will say so. A dedicated designer pays off when the work keeps coming.

Questions

Outsourcing design and video: your questions answered.

Yes. Creative roles are judged on the portfolio, so you see examples of real work and a short test brief of your own if you want one. We would rather you chose on the work than on a description of it.
Whatever you already run. Commonly Canva, Figma and the Adobe suite for design, and Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci or CapCut for video. Tell us the tools and we test for them before anyone starts.
You do, as you would for your own employee, and the licence stays in your name. That also means your files and assets remain yours.
The same person every week, on your hours, who learns your brand instead of being briefed from nothing each time. By month three the briefs get shorter and the turnaround gets faster, which is the real saving.
For most small and mid-sized companies, yes, and a surprising amount of content comes out of one dedicated person. If you need both design and video at volume, two part-time specialists often beat one generalist.
You do. Our employment contracts assign the work you commission to you, and you keep the files and the source material.
A one-time setup fee, a monthly Linkers fee and the salary. Creative salaries vary with the portfolio more than with the years of experience. Build an estimate on our pricing page.
We assign a different team member free of charge within the first three months. With creative roles a short paid test brief at the start usually prevents this entirely.

Send us a few examples of what you want to look like.

Plus the volume you need each week. We will come back with the country that fits, the kind of work you can expect and what it costs.
