1. Who we are and when these terms apply
Linkers Outsourcing Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“Linkers”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Singapore. We engage professionals in the Philippines, South Africa and Myanmar and provide them as dedicated remote team members to companies around the world.
These terms apply to our website (linkersagency.com), our AI assistant and our client and talent portals (portal.linkersagency.com). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Our services and separate agreements
Our website gives general information about our services. It is not an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it.
- Clients: the services we provide to your company, our fees and how either side can end the arrangement are set out in our service agreement with you.
- Talent: your role, pay and working terms are set out in your own contract or agreement.
If these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement applies.
3. Prices and estimates
Prices on our website are starting prices. Cost estimates, including those from our calculators and AI assistant, are for guidance only. Your exact fees depend on the role, country and how the person is engaged, and we confirm them in writing before you commit.
4. Portal accounts
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Each person signs in with their own login. Do not share logins, and keep your password private.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that is misused, breaks these terms, or puts other users or their data at risk.
5. Information about Linkers professionals
If you are a client, you will see personal information about Linkers professionals and your team members. You agree to:
- use it only to choose and work with your Linkers team;
- keep it confidential within your company;
- not engage Linkers professionals directly or through anyone else, in line with your service agreement;
- delete downloaded CVs and personal details when you no longer need them.
6. Talent
Joining Linkers does not guarantee work. We review each profile and contact you when a suitable position is available. Please make sure everything in your profile and CV is true and your own.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break any law, or use our website or portals to harm, mislead or harass anyone;
- try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or test, disrupt or overload our systems;
- copy, scrape or collect data from our website or portals by automated means;
- upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or content you have no right to share;
- misuse our AI assistant, for example by sending spam or trying to make it behave in harmful ways.
8. AI features
Our AI assistant and AI features help answer questions and prepare information. AI can make mistakes, so please check important answers. They do not give legal, tax, financial or employment advice. Decisions about people are always made by a person at Linkers.
9. Our content
The content of our website and portals, including text, design, logos and software, belongs to Linkers or the people who licensed it to us. You may view and share our public pages for your own use, but you may not copy, change or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
10. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites and services, such as booking pages, social media or video sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
11. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep our website and portals available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using our website, AI assistant or portals. Our responsibilities for our services are set out in your signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use and protect it. We never sell your personal data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell portal users about important changes. If you keep using our website or portals after a change, the new terms apply.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts of Singapore will decide it.
