Initial Screening Interview with Linkers

Each shortlisted candidate goes through a one-on-one interview with our recruitment team to assess communication skills, experience, and fit. They are also given The Linkers Score out of 10 for an initial evaluation.

 

Request Introduction Video

We ask candidates to record a short video introduction so you can get a better sense of their personality and presence.

Client Shortlists & Interviews

You choose the candidates you’d like to interview. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our exclusive portal, where you can review their profiles and share your preferred interview time slots. From there, we handle coordination with the candidates and send out the invitations.
