Linker's core service is to provide remote talent. Once an organization onboards the talent, we kind of take a step back, but we still manage all the HR and payment. What makes Linkers really stand apart from other remote staffing organizations is that we focus on the talent pool that exists in Myanmar and South Africa. We have a very deep knowledge of the South African market, so we can really tap into that market for our clients. I'm not only the managing director of Linkers, but I'm actually one of Linker's clients. I actually brought Myanmar remote staff into my organization XploreAsia and it's actually what led me to start Linkers — the experience I had working with South African and Myanmar talent and seeing how enormously they impacted my organization. If your contractor does not meet performance expectations, Linkers will source and provide a replacement at no additional cost within the first six months of engagement.
